Band-Dumbbell Mid-Trap Shrugs... this setup uses bands and dumbbells to put directional resistance on the middle traps and upper traps. You'll need a couple of small/medium bands for this. I've got them looped in half around the uprights of the power rack with the rails set low. This is the easiest place to attach them.
