We're breaking out our yellow feet yet again! Parking on the footpath creates access issues for a lot of people. Those in wheelchairs or pushing prams often don't have the space to move around a car safely. If pedestrians have to walk onto the road to bypass an obstacle, they're put in an unnecessarily vulnerable situation.
