Kuku kienyeji fry doesn’t get any easier than this. Ingredients: 1 kienyeji chicken, cut into curry pieces, boiled for atleast 2 hours 3 tbsp oil 1 tsp Tropical Heat paprika 2 tbsp Tropical Heat Wet and Dry Fry spices Salt to taste 1 onion, sliced 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 cup chicken stock (from boiling the chicken) 1 small green bell pepper, chopped Coriander leaves, chopped Method: Heat oil and add the boiled chicken along with paprika, wet and dry fry spices and salt.
